I've used a helmet mounted mirror for 30 years. The Third Eye Micro Mirror mounted on a dedicated set of biking glasses is much better. It will take some time to get the location and aim right but once you do the view is clear, stable and with a little practice will become second nature. I recommend it highly

I'm used to a mirror on a stick but wanted to give this a try. It took about 1 ride to get the angle and position set but not having a stick with a mirror attached to my helmet is really nice. I did choose to put a little glue on the mount just for safety sake. It works great, and I'll probably br ordering 2 more for other glasses.
