I contacted your office less than five minutes after placing my order because the system had incorrectly selected my Louisiana address instead of my current Indiana address. Your employee assured me that the shipping address had been corrected. Despite that assurance, the rim was still delivered to Louisiana.

I was then charged an additional $25 for a new shipping label and told it would be a two-night delivery. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received the rim.

I took immediate action to prevent this exact situation and relied on your employee’s confirmation that it had been resolved. I am requesting an immediate update on my shipment.
